PreK español, marzo 2012
After learning color words, PreK classes have moved on to animales. We have made a list of Room 7´s favorite animals, such as el delfin, el pez, and el tiburon. We will be using Australia as a jumping off point for Room 8. The animal unit will also give us the opportunity to learn some verbs such as:
salta/ brinca jump
corre run
camina walk
come eat
nada swim
duerme sleep

- and we drew a tiburon (shark) on papel gris.

PreK Spanish friends are learning how and when to say buenos días, buenas tardes, and buenas noches by using body movements, reading stories, and sorting pictures. We’re also writing our very first Spanish book, which is coming soon!
PreK Los Colores
